Estate Sale Fees
The in-home consultation is free. Our fee (commission)
for the sale of the estate is 30% of the total gross
sales excluding the real estate if available (see
‘
Real Estate Property’).
Appraisal Fees
Appraisals are $75.00 per hour which includes on-site
documenting and photographing. Cost in research,
report preparation, and presentation are billed
at $50.00 per hour.
